From the South/Mass.
From Route 93 NORTH to Rte 495 South, towards “Lowell”.
 
Travel approximately 8 miles South on Rte 495 to the City of Lowell. Take Rte 3 North
towards New Hampshire.
 
Travel approximately 15 miles North on Rte 3 from Lowell to Nashua. Take the RIGHT hand
Exit lanes for EXITs 5E and 5W (Rte 111 East and West). Continue past these exits,
go 1⁄4 mile, Take EXIT 5A (Simon Street).
 
At the end of the exit ramp, go straight after the stop sign onto Ledge Street. The Ferrite
entrance is the first driveway on the left, about 100 yards from the stop sign. Ferrite is the
grey building on your RIGHT.

From the North heading South/Manchester, New Hampshire, Airport
Proceed SOUTH on the Everett Turnpike for approximately 20 miles. Note that as the
turnpike passes through the city of Nashua, it picks up the designation of Rte 3.
 
Take the right EXIT 5E (Rt. 111 East), circling over Rte 3.  As you cross over the highway
bear right, and take the next immediate exit ramp (Rte 3 North). Circle under the Rte 111
overpass and bear right in 1⁄4 mile, take EXIT 5A (Simon Street).
 
At the end of the exit ramp, go straight after the stop sign onto Ledge Street. The Ferrite
entrance is the first driveway on the LEFT, about 100 yards from the stop sign. Ferrite is
the grey building on the RIGHT.
