heat provides the end user with a variety of new cooking options. The Multi Energy Source Oven MESO4 combines hot air and steam with microwave energy in a continuous commercial or R/D application. The hot air is variable from 400 to 600 degrees F. |

| The belting is a special high temperature/microwave
transparent material. The microwave energy input is variable using different power sources. The microwave sources are 1kW at 915 MHz, 0-30kW at 2450 MHz or 0-75kW at 915 MHz. |
